Juneau Freewheelers,

As many members are aware, Jim Sheufelt has stepped down as our Vice President of Racing. Some of you have great talents and expertise and we are now looking for a volunteer to fill the position.

We’ll be meeting in January to help craft a race schedule and Jim Sheufelt has offered to be available to help us through the permit process.

If you are considering volunteering and have questions on what is involved, please call or email one of the board members and/or Jim or Janice Sheufelt, so that we know you are interested.

Here is your chance to step up and be our Vice President of Racing!

Following are some of the tasks:

• Publish Race Schedule
• Obtain permits
• Assist Race Directors
• Communicate to members on race schedule changes • Anything else that might make it a fun and exciting race year!
